Palworld might not have a Pokémon Mod anymore, but there is a whole world of Monster hunting games out there to choose from for new mods. So of course, a Digimon Mod had to be made for the game.
Mods in Palworld is nothing new. Since the game launched, there have been multiple mods added which turn the Pal's into other monsters from other monster hunter games and shows. The Pokémon mod had to be taken down quickly, though, but there is a new "legally-distinct" Pokémon mod in the game.
But there are way more monster capturing games and shows out there which have competed with Pokémon before, right? So it's time to add those to the game as well, and now players get to play alongside their favorite Digimon in Palworld as well.
Digimon Mod Available For Palworld
There are various Digimon mods in Palworld already, patching in different Digimon from the series – unfortunately no Angewomon yet though – but a bunch of other fan-favorites have made their way into the world of Palworld. The current Digimon mods only replace a few Pals with Digimon so far, unlike the previously mentioned Pokémon mod, which had reskinned all the Pals.
But you can have Garurumon, as well as Gabumon in your Palworld games thanks to these mods. Hopefully these mods get to stay up, unlike the Pokémon mod, which was quickly shot down by Nintendo. But... is anyone surprised?
With the number of Digimon mods growing, we're curious to see whether Yokai Watch or Monster Rancher mods are in the works as well. I mean... I wouldn't be opposed to having Suezo in Palworld as well going forward?
