Team Endpoint have done the unthinkable, taking home a second RLCS Regional Event in the Fall Split that launches them to number one on the leaderboards.
After a record-breaking series of wins from Enzo "Seikoo" Grondein, Team Endpoint have achieved a second European Regionals win in RLCS 2021-22. The victory not only shoots them into the Fall Majors in December, but cement them as Europe's premier Rocket League team.
The team, made up of Enzo "Seikoo" Grondein, Lucas "RelatingWave" Rose, Otto "Metsanauris" Kaipiainen and coach Aron "Eclipse" Jones, have a total earnings amount of $150,158.47. This amount, as reported on Endpoint's Liquipedia page, is set to increase by $30,000 USD due to this win. It will increase ten-fold, however, if the team win the Majors in December, let alone the Championships next year.
The Grand Finals next year have a total prize pool of $2 Million USD, with the overall competition equating to a total prize pool of $6 Million USD. This is the biggest prize pool in Rocket League history, and will be an enormous score for Team Endpoint if they manage to maintain their current win-streak.
The tense final games of the European Fall Split Regions were played between both Team Endpoint, otherwise known as Endpoint CeX, and SMPR Esports. The latter team, made up of players Andy "Kassio" Landais, Archie "archie" Pickthall and Thibault "Chausette45" Grzesiak, played very well. Archie scored a particularly impressive goal 40 seconds into overtime in Game 4.
Sadly for SMPR Esports, Team Endpoint ended up taking home the third European Regional of the RLCS 2021-22 Season. Their victory came 4-2 and 4-3, and is their second Regional victory in the RLCS 2021-22 Fall Split, after they took home the RLCS European Fall Open back in October.

Seikoo Paves Way to Endpoint Victory With Record-Breaking Performance
Enzo "Seikoo" Grondein helped pave the way to Team Endpoint's historic victory by scoring a total of eighteen goals. This impressive feat earned him an average score of 1.38 goals per game, and a whole lot of kudos online. Rocket League Esports, in a statement put out on Twitter, said the following:
During the Grand Finals of the European Rocket League Grand Prix, Seikoo scored 18 goals, resulting in a scorching goals per game (GPG) average of 1.38.

Seikoo's many impressive goals were also counteracted by some fantastic plays from Archie. One of SMPR Esports' crown jewels, Archie managed a number of impressive goals, including one that has been labeled as a "Calculated Fake" on Twitter. Overall, though, Endpoint's win came from a clever combination of team work, persistence, and some insanely impressive plays. Good game, boys.
