Psyonix has once again released a new update for Rocket League! With Patch V2.13, there is no new content, but some annoying bugs got fixed.
Rocket League Season 6 has already been out for a couple of weeks now... so it's about damn time that Psyonix released another update for our favorite car football game. Besides, the action-packed Winter Major just ended, so there's probably no better time for a new patch, right?
That's what Psyonix – these smarty-pants – thought, too, and actually released the V2.13 update, which is... well, rather small, to put it mildly. But by the time you read this article, the patch is already out! So either jump straight into the Ranked Queue or stay here to read the full patch notes. Let's roll!
Rocket League Update V2.13 – Patch Notes
As previously mentioned, Rocket League Update V2.13 is not exactly extensive... it's just this type of small patch that fixes a few annoying issues. Don't get me wrong, that's freaking amazing, but we like updates with new LTMs or events much better... well, here is the overview of the patch notes:
Update V2.13 – Bug Fixes
- Fixed appearance of ‘Startrack’ Rocket Boost and Trail when previewing from a Blueprint
- When backing out of a Playlist, fixed UI focus, so you return to the previously selected Playlist card instead of defaulting to Casual
- Fixed a UI error taking focus off of the Change Playlist/Training menu if selected by a player after a match
- [Xbox] Improved boot times and general stability
- Moved placement of Neo Tokyo (Comic) on the Arena list
Update V2.13 – Known Issues
- Before v2.13, in a small percentage of Casual matches, a spectator would sometimes join a team, creating uneven teams
- We (Psyonix) believe this issue may be unique to v2.12
- If this bug persists, we have added additional error logging to the game client with this update, so we can better identify and resolve the issue
So... that's it. Got everything? Yes? Great! If you really enjoy reading patch notes and want to read through them again, you can do so on Rocket League's official website! By the way, you can also report any other Rocket League issues there – we'd definitely have some ideas...
