Riot is probably planning a Valorant console release! So without further ado, let's take a look at the new updates and rumors and see if we'll be getting a Valorant PS4 release!
Will Valorant Release On Console?
By speculations, we knew that a Valorant console release will be coming, but never had a clear answer. Now we know that we will definitely be getting one! Though we don't have an actual answer on if it's going to be Valorant for Xbox or PS4.
What are the rumors all about? Riot Games released 2 job postings for Senior Game Designers for Valorant. The interesting part is that the job postings are specified for console game designers! And Riot Games don't do this for fun. Seeing how lots of FPS games found themselves successful on consoles, if Valorant is handled properly by the developers, the console release will be a banger!

Riot Games has a plan of expanding its brand and business across all platforms. Wild Rift's adaptation from League of Legends was their first mobile experience, and it proved to be successful. This provided the League of Legends experience to people who couldn't afford PCs. So that may be what we are looking at with Valorant, but not with a ginormous time gap since all the resources are here. A Valorant mobile release is rumored too, so a Valorant console release isn't a big stretch. But when can we expect to get the Valorant console release?

When Will Valorant Release On Consoles?
The Valorant console release may be coming to us, but when? Well, we don't have the exact answer for that yet. We can only conclude that a console release is in the planning, but Riot Games hasn't officially released anything for it. So... not any time soon, it will probably take a couple of years. Riot Games are notorious for delivering spectacular games, and that can take up long periods of time.
Wild Rift took 10 years to be made after League of Legends' initial release, but remember that back in 2009, smartphones were still gaining their popularity. Now, we are in more modern times with new technologies enabling faster development and production. This essentially means that if we are getting a Valorant console release, it won't take centuries! Since Riot Games are doing multiple projects at a time, like with Valorant Mobile at the moment, it may take a really long time until we see some official Valorant console release updates!
So what does this mean for us, the Valorant players? Well, we can only conclude that a Valorant console release is in the planning and creation stage, but nothing has been officially released by Riot Games. And because Riot Games does not put their focus only on one project, it will take a while before we even see an official update!
