3 Abwehr David Alaba — Defender: David Alaba

4 Abwehr Marcelo — Defender: Marcelo

The new captain, after Ramos' departure, but he hasn't been on the pitch as much as he would like this season. He has been involved three times in the Champions League this season. Thanks to **FUT Captains**, he also has a meta version of himself in FIFA 22. | © EA Sports / EarlyGame

5 Abwehr Eder Militao — Defender: Eder Militao

The highest rating in the Real Madrid defense, and rightly so. He missed just one UCL game because of a suspension. Stable support and has already been able to forget the dream duo Ramos and Varane with Alaba. Respect! | © EA Sports / EarlyGame

6 Mittelfeld Casemiro — Midfield: Casemiro

7 Mittelfeld Eduardo Camavinga — Midfield: Eduardo Camavinga

At 16, he was already a regular at Stade Rennes and after his move to Real, he has just got better and better. His **Fantasy FUT card** shows what could become of the top talent. | © EA Sports / EarlyGame

8 Mittelfeld Toni Kroos — Midfield: Toni Kroos

Isco, on the other hand, hasn't had the best of seasons. Out of contract this summer, and with no signs that Real intends to renew, it is only memories we have. Thankfully, his **Flashback TOTS** card reminds us all how good he is. | © EA Sports / EarlyGame

10 Mittelfeld Luka Modric — Midfield: Luka Modric

12 Angriff Eden Hazard — Attackers: Eden Hazard

It feels like Hazard never really got going at Real Madrid and never really will. His only good card this year was his **FUT Winter Wildcard**, but even that isn't meta anymore. | © EA Sports / EarlyGame

Rodrygo FUT FIFA 22 — Attacker: Rodrygo

Rodrygo is often not mentioned alongside Benzema and Vini Jr. when discussing Real's attacking talents, but he proved his worth with a double against Man City in the semi-final. Thanks to his Showdown SBC, he moves up significantly in the ranking after the finale. Previously, his best card was his **87 RTTK**. | © EA Sports / EarlyGame

Bale RTTF FIFA 22 — Attacker: Gareth Bale

Another forgotten man and one who seems to have fallen out with fans and his teammates. Gareth Bale has history in the tournament, which is probably why he got a **Road to the Final** card. 14 Angriff Vinicius Jr — Attacker: Vinicius Jr.

Only 21 years old, but already among the best wingers in the world. He also proved it in the final and was able to score the decisive goal to make it 1-0. His TOTS card is sick – only one is better... | © EA Sports / EarlyGame

15 Angriff Karim Benzema — Attacker: Karim Benzema

Karim – who else? At 98-rated, the forward ranks among the best players in all of FIFA 22 Ultimate Team. He really deserved it, after all, he was Real's life insurance for the whole season and often enough the man who scored at really important games and times. | © EA Sports / EarlyGame

Champions in LaLiga, plenty of players getting in the Spanish TOTS, and, once again, Champions of Europe for the 14th time. Real Madrid really played a terrific season. In the Champions League, Los Blancos live up to their big name and developed into an invincible team over the course of the season. No matter how the score was, how little time was left or how high the pressure got: Real delivered and deservedly won the Champions League in 2022.

We take the final against Liverpool as an opportunity to look at Real's best FUT cards in FIFA 22.
