Legion Arms, in particular, can give you a significant advantage in battle. While you'll have access to a couple of these special sub-weapons at the start, expanding your arsenal requires some crafting and upgrading. However, you'll need to face down a couple of formidable bosses before you can wield these powerful weapons. Here's a guide on crafting and upgrading Legion Arms in Lies of P.
Unlocking Legion Arm Crafting and Upgrading in Lies of P
Before you can craft and upgrade Legion Arms, your first task is to find and rescue a character named Venigni. Look for him near a Stargazer inside the Venigni Factory in Area III. Engage in a conversation with him, where he mentions losing contact with his personal butler.
Progress through the factory until you face off against the fiery boss, King's Flame Fuoco. Defeating this mechanical giant will open a path behind the factory leading to a new Stargazer.
After activating this Stargazer, return to Hotel Krat, where you'll find Venigni and his assistant butler across from the Weaponsmith. Venigni's presence will bring some changes to the hotel, including a new machine (to the left of the NPC) that allows you to craft and upgrade your Legion Arms.
To craft a new Legion Arm from the available options, you'll need a Legion Plug. Each Legion Arm has its own grading system, affecting its Motivity, Technique, and Advance attributes. Players can also access three upgrades for each Legion Arm, altering their behavior and abilities.
How to Switch and Upgrade Legion Arms in Lies of P
Switching Legion Arms is simple and can be done at any activated Stargazer point. To enhance their potency or increase their stats, players can opt for upgrades. Since Legion Arms have limited uses and serve as secondary equipment, they must be restored periodically. Resting at a Stargazer accomplishes this, but if one isn't nearby, specific items can also restore Legion Arms, negating the need for a Stargazer visit.
Every Legion Arm comes with its unique ratings for Motivity, Technique, and Advance. Additionally, players can unlock three upgrades for each Legion Arm, which can significantly influence and enhance their performance and behavior in combat.
