Overwatch 2 Season 4 is still a long way off, but we got some news about upcoming hero updates already. These changes will be bigger and will likely evolve over the coming weeks leading up to Season 4, but from the looks of it, Ramattra and Brigitte seem to be getting a complete ultimate rework. Season 3 of Overwatch 2 isn't even out yet, but Blizzard developers already shared some info regarding bigger changes in the fourth season.
One of the heroes to get a major update is Ramattra. He is still fairly fresh to the game, having only recently been added with the start of season 2. Considering that he hasn't been in the game long, it was predictable that he would see some major changes as he settled into the game.
While talking about the most recent patch notes for Overwatch 2, lead hero designer Alec Dawson talked about Ramattra's ultimate and how they are not quite satisfied with it lasting practically forever. He explained that they will limit it and also make some minor changes to its functionality.
Since this update isn't as complex as Brigittes ult rework, we might even see these changes in-game before season 4.
