Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Price Leaked

The hype around Zelda TOTK is building up. We have been waiting for this game for a few years, and now things are starting to get serious. Nintendo has recently, 'by mistake', revealed the eShop price.

Confirmed: Next Nintendo Direct Incoming

Nintendo incorrectly listed the upcoming game Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom with a $69.99 price tag in the eShop and many fans discovered it before they even had a chance of undoing it. Although we can probably be happy to finally have more info on the new Zelda game, the price is still higher than expected, ugh...

Before the leak, pre-orders were already available on Amazon, but now they have taken down the offer completely. It looks like Nintendo and Amazon have revealed some things a little too early. What a coincidence, that all this happens just a few hours before the next Nintendo Direct livestream launches.

Finally: New Zelda Details Will Be Revealed Today

In general, video games are becoming more and more expensive and the prices for development have skyrocketed over the last two decades. Until recently it seemed like Nintendo would at least stop at the $60 mark, but now it looks like their prices will align with Sony's and Microsoft's. They just know that we will buy the game anyway, at any price.
