Glide Mask Location
The Glide Mask can be obtained at Valor Island, a small sky island located in the South Lanayru Sky Archipelago. The easiest way to get there is to catapult yourself in the air at Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and then land on one of the islands around valor island. You'll find pre-built flying devices, which you can use to get to the next island until you eventually end up on Valor Island.
If you found your way to Valor Island, look for the Steward Construct, talk to it and complete the Skydiving course two times. After your second run, the Construct will reward you with the Glide Mask.

Glide Shirt Location
To get the Glide Shirt, make your way over to the Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower, to the west of Hyrule Castle. Boost yourself up in the skies and glide towards Courage Island (you'll see the location in the screenshot above).
Now just talk to the Steward Construct to activate another Skydiving Course. If you manage to complete it within 35 seconds, the construct will reward you with the Glide Shirt.

Glide Tights Location
The Glide Tights are located on Bravery Island in North Hyrule. The best way to get there is by using the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower as a starting point. If you've already collected the shirt and the mask, you should already know what to do. Complete the diving challenge under 35 seconds and get rewarded with the Glide Tights.
