In the Depths in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you will find a lot of Poes, which are important in combination with Bargainer Statues. The little glowing spirit orbs can get you a variety of rewards; here's what you need to know about Poes and the locations of the Bargainer Statues.
There are so many collectibles in Tears of the Kingdom that you might lose sight over the smaller ones, like the little glowing spirit orbs shattered all over the Depths called Poes. The entrances to the underground are spread over the map, and you'll probably stumble across Poes while you're exploring the Depths.
You can exchange the Poes for rewards at any Bargainer Statue you'll find, so pick them up whenever you see them!

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Bargainer Statues Locations To Trade Your Poes
Just like the Poes, you will most likely find Bargainer Statues in the Depths – but not all of them, as the first Bargainer Statue is located in Lookout Landing.
After you have made some progress in the main story, you can simply teleport to the Lookout Landing Skytower. From there, head left to Robbie and Joshua's hut, you'll find the Bargainer Statue in the room next to the door.

Just interact with the Statue to start exchanging your collected Poes for rewards or the location of the next Bargainer Statue. For 100 Poes, the nearest statue will be marked on your map.
This might seem a bit pricey, but each Bargainer Statue has different rewards waiting for you. You should maybe save your Poes though, as some Bargainer Statues have armor sets to offer, such as Depths Armor and Dark Armor which will cost you about 1300 Poes in total!
The next one you'll find – as expected – in the Depths. Teleport to the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and enter the Depths. If you head straight south from the Muokuij Lightroot to the Wellspring of Courage, you'll find it halfway atop a cliff.

If you travel to Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and again enter the Depths, you will find another Bargainer Statue between the Wellspring of Wisdom and the Lanayru Canyon Mine.
For the next one, you'll have to travel to theUlri Mointain Skyview Tower in Akkala and head to the East Akkala Plains, where you once again descend into the Depths. At the Wellspring of Power, you'll discover another Statue to exchange Poes for rewards.
For another Bargainer Statue teleport to the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower and dive into the Depths through the Drenan Highlands Chasm. You can travel to the Ikatoayam Lightroot and head straight south and roughly at the height of the Drena Canyon Mine you'll find it.
