This is your first Skyview Tower.

2. Hyrule Field Skyview Tower
Fight your way up and beware of the multiple enemies. The Skyview Tower is in the fortress itself.
3. Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower
Help the NPC fix the Skyview Tower first, then you will be able to unlock it.
4. Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower
Since the Tower is still locked, look around for a cave entrance and find your way into the Tower from down under via your Ascend ability.
5. Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower
To reach the Tower, you should start gliding from high onto it or make your way over the water and up the mountain where the Skyview Tower is.
6. Rospro Pass Skyview Tower
Since this Tower is surrounded by thorns, you have to find a way to burn them first.

7. Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower
To unlock this Tower, you have to build a type of construct to climb on top of the mountain.
8. Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower
This Tower is weirdly locked. Try to make use of the huge stone tiles that are lying around and build yourself something floaty.
9. Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower
The pedestal in the Tower is missing. Try to find it by helping the NPC around and bring it back to its designated place.
