Expectation and hype for the Elden Ring DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree, have recently been growing and are now reaching a peak, as publisher Bandai Namco updated its Elden Ring-specific YouTube playlists. After multiple hints indicating that the add-on could finally be revealed or even released after a year of radio silence, this strongly reinforces the recent rumors.

Twitter user Ziostorm, who is a known figure in the FromSoftware community, recently noticed that the European YouTube Bandai Namco updated its playlist of Elden Ring-related videos. Now, the American and Southeast Asian accounts for Bandai Namco have followed suit.

Elden Ring DLC: Reveal Might Be Imminent After Yet Another Hint Was Discovered

The implication here is, that Bandai Namco uploaded a trailer or other related video for Shadow of the Erdtree and put it in the playlist, while keeping the video hidden for now. The last video in the playlists are related to the Coliseum update, the last bit of added content in Elden Ring.

This is one of the strongest hints we got so far that the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree could be very close, or at least a final reveal and release date announcement for it. Previously, announcements of Elden Ring related collectibles and an update to Elden Ring’s Steam database entry have already got fans hyped.

What do you think? Will we get Shadow of the Erdtree, or at least a proper reveal, soon? Let us know in the comments!
