This isn't Train to Busan. This is much worse than anything you can imagine. Zombies left and right, you're running for your life, trying to survive. There is no law or order, just pure chaos and anarchy as the zombies continue to ravage the world. What to do? How to survive? You stumble upon a group of fighters thinking you're saved, but it's actually much, much worse than the Zombies.

Why? Because you ran into none other than Jinx, and she is more excited than anyone else about the chaos that the world has turned into. Killing without consequence? A dream come true for her. No government and pure anarchy? This is the type of world Jinx has always lived in, and now she gets to blow Zombie brains all over the place, laughing as she goes. Seriously, this is a world Jinx has thought up in her best dreams.

So, do you stick to this insane character? Either way, you're pretty screwed... but honestly, this skin is worth picking up because of how insane the story is. | © Riot Games

Odyssey Jinx

You leave the world of zombies and destruction and move onto some twisted alternate universe of Voltron. You end up on a spaceship full of ragtag space pirates. There is a giant alien beast the size of a mountain, some holier than thou lady and a guy who is obnoxious and claims he never wanted to be a space pirate. It's the pilot of the Morning Star, though, that has you worried. Didn't you just encounter her in the previous world as the insane girl, killing anything that moved?

Yup, it's definitely her. Jinx is back, only this time, she's got bright orange hair, a knack for tinkering with space junk and is just as insane, if not worse. Apparently, she blew up a whole mining operation, which led her to this 'new stable employment' as a Space Pirate? Who would be proud of that? Of course, Jinx would be proud of that... but is it worth almost dying in an asteroid field because Jinx thought it'd be fun to steer through it, instead of *around* it like any sane pilot would?

Yeah, it's time to rethink your universe hopping, because you've experienced more near-death encounters than ever before. It's time to say goodbye to the world of Odyssey and move on... hopefully to a safer space. | © Riot Games

Project Jinx Skin — PROJECT: Jinx

This is a futuristic world where people have augmented their bodies to create meta humans. Pretty cool, right? Yes, until the part where you realized a war is waging between two different sides, and you ended up right in the middle of it. Where is the peace and love in any of these universes? When will there be an alternate reality that isn't trying to kill you? Probably never.

You run away from the war, into a dark alley, which isn't the smartest choice, but anything to get away from that crazy lady with arrows and that weird crocodile dude. You sit and wait, heart racing, sweaty palms when you hear laughter behind you... laughter from your nightmares, and before you know it, you see your worst nightmare once more... PROJECT: Jinx... or well, Jinx in general. You really cannot escape her.

There she stands, completely crazy, a fried battery or something having scrambled her memory, creating this insane monster standing before you. Crap. No way to escape, you know that you have one more jump left to another alternate universe. You send a quick prayer to god, hoping to escape this crazy lady, because you've had enough of this Jinx. | © Riot Games

Battle Cat Jinx NOT PRESTIGE — Battle Cat Jinx

The world you step onto is in utter turmoil. Deep-sea invaders are running rampant causing havoc and destroying society and life, but there, in the far off distance, you notice a group of elite fighters, ready to take them on. You can't help but stare in awe at the animal augment suits they're wearing, shining brightly in the heat of the sun, almost blinding.

A few civilians crowd around you as you all stand to watch the fight commence. One child cheers as an all-too-familiar face shows up, almost like a one-cat demolition squad. 'Battle Cat Jinx' is what the child calls out in excitement, but your heart plummets, afraid of what this insane character might do next.

While some are fighting together in teams, Battle Cat Jinx moves out on her own, cackling as she attacks with claws and bombs. She is a one-woman wrecking team and no one can deny that, but even here, where she is a hero, she doesn't listen to the commands given to her. You take a few steps back, having seen enough. Maybe another universe will be safer? | © Riot Games

Star Guardian jinx — Star Guardian Jinx

You're back in a world of space, only this time, it's anime-themed and there are multiple girls, and you think one dude, fighting the powers of evil in magical-girl costumes. Finally, a world that isn't as desolate as the others. This is a world that thrives on the power of friendship, on the bonds these characters have built together and even though you spot a familiar face, you can tell that finally, this is a universe where she isn't as crazy as before. Still crazy, but more tame.

Could it be the influence of her team? Could it be the magical girl genre that have given Jinx such a laid back attitude — for her standards — and almost friendly persona? Sure, she is brash, loud and annoying and her team seems to be done with her, but you can tell that she would do anything for the Star Guardians and for the first time, you start to root for her.

Jinx has been one of the most well known characters and champions from League of Legends, and with the success of Arcane, her popularity has only skyrocketed. Jinx became one of the most popular champions thanks to her appearance in the show, and she's also one of the best bot lane champions in the current meta. Her attack speed, movement speed and damage make her a crazy menace in the bot lane. Seriously, you don't want to mess with Jinx in 2022.

But we're not here to rant and rave about Jinx in Arcane, because her character was seriously one of the best written out of any show I have had the pleasure of watching in a long time. Powder aka Jinx has wormed herself into my heart and I just want to protect her at all costs. But what other alternate universes does Jinx appear in? Which one's work best?

Would anyone have thought that Jinx as a Star Guardian would work so well? The crazy member of the crew. Or her in the Odyssey world as a crazy pilot? Seriously, Jinx is a fun character that Riot has put into a multitude of worlds, and somehow, she always finds a little corner for her unique type of crazy. Tinkering and bombs are her forte in most of them and honestly, we love just how fun a lot of her skins are and how they bring out her character from her base skin as well.
