Palworld is the biggest game on steam and the first big winner of 2024. The game has garnered millions of players and is still attracting attention due to the plagiarism accusations by many.

While the game is very relaxed and fun, with no PvP aspects, there are some people who have taken it upon themselves to become the best Palworlders out there... no matter what.

Palworld Already Has Cheaters

Even though Palworld is the furthest thing from a competitive game, it has already garnered its fair share of cheaters, according to the official Parlworld Twitter/X account. Players have sent reports to the developers, who have confirmed that there have been cases of cheating on the official servers.

The devs are working on a patch to fight against the cheaters, though it has not been outlined how people are cheating and what is being done to combat them. Developers usually keep any and all information on cheating and fixes close to their chest, since any information out there could mean cheaters find new ways to ruin the game.

We will apply a patch as soon as it is ready, but it is currently difficult to completely prevent all cheating immediately. We will continue to focus even more on security and aim to create an environment where everyone can play with peace of mind.

Players are pretty frustrated and upset that, even in a casual game like Palworld, cheaters are rampant and ruining the fun for most. One Twitter/X user wrote that they "really don't understand the cheating with this game, considering you can adjust your own setting to a point of making the game beyond easy."

Many other players echo this sentiment, not understanding why someone has to cheat at a game like Palworld with almost no competitive aspect to it. Hopefully, these cheaters can be caught quickly and be taken care of, so players can go back to enjoying their monster catching game without try-hards ruining their fun.
