With The Witcher season 3 drawing closer, Henry Cavill reflected on the upcoming season as well as the people he worked with.
The Witcher Season 3 has been rather controversial, with it being the last season of the show starring Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia and all. Now Cavill bid farewell to his co-workers, fans and the White Wolf, reflecting on their time together.
The Witcher follows Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter known, who possesses enhanced abilities. Throughout the series, we follow Geralt as he navigates a morally ambiguous world filled with magic, political intrigue, and monstrous threats, while grappling with his own humanity and relationships, particularly with sorceress Yennefer and a princess named Ciri, who is like a daughter to him.

During their segment we have Joey Batey (Jaskier), Anya Chalotra (Yennefer), Freya Allen (Ciri) and last but not least Henry Cavill (Geralt), giving us a little tease for The Witcher season 3, as well as some farewell words...
While it might not all have been roses and rainbows, Cavill expressed his appreciation for the cast and the show in general.
I actually just want to talk about my co-stars here, because once again it was such a pleasure and an honor to be working with you guys. You guys bring so much nuance and detail to these characters, which are often at risk of being oversimplified, and what you guys have done with the characters has involved work, care, and effort. And believe me, working with you guys was the biggest pleasure. So, [I] just want to say I’m gonna miss you. I’m gonna miss you very much.
The departure of Cavill for many marks the doom of the franchise's live action adaptation, as the actor was well liked for his love of the source material and overall geeky personality.
We will have to wait and so how the show develops from here on out, but people aren't optimistic to say the least.
