Out of nowhere, Atlus leaked the trailer of the Persona 3 Remake, even though it was supposed to be a part of the Xbox Showcase.
In only a few days, the Xbox Showcase is aiming to blow us away with some cool new games. Well sadly a trailer for one of them, namely the Persona 3 Remake, was leaked, but not by just anyone. Atlus themselves posted it on their Instagram! Of course, they removed it immediately, but that is one reason less to watch the Xbox Showcase, I guess.

Persona 3 Reload: Remake Leaked By Atlas
The Remake's official name is Persona 3 Reload, and it will release early 2024 on Game Pass, Xbox Series X, Xbox One and PC. From the looks of it, the game has a similar UID to Persona 5 while retaining the style of the original.

One thing we immediately noticed as missing, though, is a certain female MC. Many fans are already crying for her, as she is not in the trailer at all. This means, we don't know at the moment if the female main character will be an option. Important to note is, that the female MC was part of P3 Portable and not the original game, so if they only want to make a remake of the original, she wouldn't be a part of it. For now, we'll have to wait for more information.
Atlus really screwed the pooch here by releasing the trailer for one of their most anticipated games early. Hopefully the Xbox Showcase will still be good even without the Persona 3 hype.
