Starfield can be pretty overwhelming, being an open-world game and all. Sometimes maps provided by the game itself just aren't enough. Thankfully, there's now a fully interactive map for Starfield that shows you all sorts of helpful locations like hub cities, important building locations and more!
With over 1000 planets that you can explore in Starfield, it's really easy to get lost when looking for a specific location. Depending on whether you're looking for a new planet or a specific building because you want to use a new Missions Board for bounty hunting, sometimes it just feels like you're running around in circles and still can't find what you're looking for.
It's natural to be confused about where to start looking, especially in large hub cities like New Atlantis or Akila City. You're in luck, though, we've found the perfect solution to all your traveling problems!
Starfield Interactive Map Shows You Everything You Need
The solution to all your problems is an interactive map that was created by Map Genie, an unofficial fan made map, which currently shows you detailed maps for all Hub Cities, except The Key. You can check out the interactive maps for: New Atlantis, Akila City, Cydonia, Neon, Red Mile and Paradiso!
Also, if you're interested, they've created a large map of Starfield's galaxy, if you want to find out where you can find a certain planet.
What's so great about these interactive maps is that you can filter by different locations, collectibles, items, missions and of course the typical "other" category.
Each category has multiple sub-filters that you can toggle on and off, if you're only looking for something specific in a city.
Here's the different filters you can categorize Starfield's cities by:
Locations
- Bar
- Building
- Commercial
- Faction Location
- Fast Travel
- Landing Zone
- Landmark
- Point of Interest
- Residential
- Store
- Vendor
Collectibles
- Companion
- Skill Magazine
Starfield "Fast Travel Directly From The Missions Menu" Bug – How To Fix It
Items
- Unique Weapons
Missions
- Activity
- Faction Mission
- Main Mission
- Misc Mission
Other
- Miscellaneous
- NPC
While it can be cool to find all these places yourself, locations like "Enhance" where you can customize your character's appearance can be pretty well hidden in some cities. So before you decide to rage quite just because you can't find something, using an interactive map like this one as a "cheat sheet" can be pretty useful!
Keep in mind, that this map is being created by fans, so it might not have every important location just yet, but I'm sure they'll continue to add more information as time goes on!
What do you think? Is this something you would try looking into, or are you a diehard player that would rather run around for an hour in an area, before having to look something up?
