The year is slowly starting up and publishers are getting ready to share news on their upcoming games. This includes Sony, who are apparently going to host their next State of Play in the upcoming weeks.

Leak: State of Play Coming In “Few Weeks”

This was revealed by insider Jeff Grubb, who consistently reports on and reveals information from the video game industry. On the most-recent episode of the Giant Bombcast, Grubb revealed that a State of Play is coming “in the next few weeks”.

"There's a State of Play coming. When exactly? Not sure, but I'd expect it in the next few weeks."
Grubb doesn’t know the exact date, nor what to expect from the show. He rightly emphasizes that these streams “are always weird” and they are often a mixed bag. While fans expect big announcements, State of Play streams sometimes don’t even cover PlayStation-exclusive titles. So it’s fair to expect anything, and nothing too earth-shattering.

You can expect to see announcements of new game releases, updates on upcoming titles, exclusive gameplay footage, and insights from game developers. For the next show, we expect to see more on upcoming games like Dragon's Dogma 2. These streams serve as a direct communication channel from Sony to its gaming community, offering a sneak peek into the future of PlayStation gaming and generating excitement among fans worldwide.
