Skull and Bones, often referred to as the spiritual successor to Assassins Creed Black Flag, has finally begun its journey. The game's open beta will run from February 8 to February 11, 2024, with the official release scheduled for February 16, 2024. These dates may vary slightly depending on your geographic location.
Here's how you can join in on the fun early, what you can get and the bonuses from pre-ordering as well. Luckily, any progress you make during the beta carries over to the full game. Unsure if your PC can handle it? Here are the requirements.
When To Get Skull And Bones, Exactly
Ubisoft was so kind to give us the exact dates and times when to pre-load the early access version of Skull and Bones. Depending on your location, here's when to set the alarm:

You can pre-load the game since February 6, 1 am PT/10 am CET/8 pm AET. You can play the game as of February 7 at 6 pm PT or February 8, 10 am CET/1 pm AET. The open beta ends on February 11, 2:59 pm PT/11:59 pm CET or February 12, 9:59 am AET for our Asian friends.
How To Access Skull And Bones' Open Beta
Come February 8, the Skull and Bones open beta is available for PC, Xbox and PS5.
On PC, simply head over to the Epic Games Store or Ubisoft Connect, go to the "Free Games" section and install Skull and Bones from there.
On the console of your choice, you should be able to download the open beta simply from the corresponding store for free.
Skull And Bones Editions & Pre-Order Bonuses
You can pre-order two versions of the game: the Standard Edition and the Premium Edition.
Pre-ordering the Standard Edition gets you the Highness of the High Sea Pack. That includes the Notoriety Garb and the Coronation Firework.
The Premium Edition includes a whole lot:
