Baldur's Gate 3 is a resounding success. The fantasy RPG based on the tabletop classic Dungeons & Dragons has received consistently positive reviews in its first six months of release and has already won several awards.
Baldur's Gate 3 Sweeps The Awards
Now, at the Game Developers Choice Awards, Baldur's Gate 3 was named Game of the Year, beating out the likes of Cocoon, Dredge, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The announcement was made at a ceremony held during this year's Game Developers Conference (GDC) in front of developers, industry experts, and members of the press.
Not only did it win Game of the Year, but it also won awards for Best Design, Best Narrative, and the Audience Award. We think it's more than deserved.
