What a time to be alive for all the survival fans out there! In Palworld, you can domesticate adorable creatures, Nightingale arrived 2 days earlier than expected, and Pacific Drive, showcased during the Steam Next Fest, is just around the corner.

Since January 24, you've also been able to dive into the world of Enshrouded, which challenges you to survive in a dark fantasy world. So far, the Early Access release of the title has been well received, although there's still room for improvement. And the best part: You have a say in how that room gets filled.

The developers of the survival RPG, Keen Games, have announced that Enshrouded has surpassed the milestone of 2 million players. In their message to the community, they also reminded players to share their ideas on the feedback platform. There have already been more than 2600 suggestions made on how to make the game even better than it already is.

The most requested change by far concerns quest progression, that currently works server wide. This means if somebody on your server is finishing a quest without you, the quest is marked finished for you, too. The developers have already announced that they are working on a change of this feature. One of the devs commented on the suggestion in the comments section:

We are now exploring ways to implement the following options for player-based quest progression. Here’s a quick overview:- We want to offer an option to be able to personally complete every quest.- We want to improve the Quest Log to better communicate the state of each quest in terms of server vs personal progression.- We want to reduce respawn timers, so that players can easily replay any quests. We currently do not have an exact timeline for the implementation of these improvements, but work on these features has already started.

The respectful handling of the community's wishes demonstrates that it's possible to grow a game together with the player base. We're excited to see which of the proposed features will make their way into the final game.
